Phone Help Please

We have received around 15 calls today from Telmex - sometimes they call around 3 in the morning also, and we are so very tired of it. I tried to call all the numbers on my bill today but cannot get a human - any help? Anyone have a number where I can reach a person? I know others have had this problem in the past can you put on the board how you resolved it. Any advice is appreciated
