Iyengar Yoga Returns!

Iyengar Yoga classes will resume this week
Mondays and Thursdays 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. at
Lora Loka's Restaurant on the sea side of the spot where the main street splits into two.
Remember that Iyengar Yoga adapts well to experienced as well as to beginning yoga
students and to those experiencing 'limitations'.
I'm looking forward to working with returning students and newcomers!
