I used to ask them for an English speaking rep but they didn't have one. I can understand basically what they are saying but usually use a translator when doing business. If they would have had an English speaking rep I may have used the service they were trying to promote. Anyway, extend my no Telmex spam calls from the 17th of December to now and still going! It reminds me of when I had a Bancomer account, they would spam call me so often about getting a credit card that I closed the account to stop the calls. Kind of counterproductive of them eh? The problem with Telmex is there is very little competition, despite the insistence of the World Bank to open the market to competition. http://www.economist.com/node/21546028 as compared to Telmex propaganda http://www.worldfinance.com/markets/technology/telmex-profess-to-connect-mexico-to-the-world |
