All good info, thanks! The whole situation is obviously so
offensive to any of us from the free world, as well as being a good example to those of us who sell real estate at home -- this is why we have deeds/escrows! What a nightmare. This missing piece about what I can do, as a visitor, always eludes me. Meanwhile, where else can we go that has as nice a snorkeling area? That's the mystery to me. I'd love to avoid going there if it will help, and being dropped there sounds frighteningly absurd.

Please realize I'm being fecitious when I call the 'bought off' police force 'friendly.' They were to us, and we got to the beach. That was all we wanted, and info in doing the same is all the post asked for, NOT our feelings about this political
situation and the guy causing all the pain. I'm well aware.
