Hi Val, sorry for the delay. My TelMex modem has been down for the last 10 days. Yesterday I finally gave up waiting for the DHL delivery and went to Manzanillo to exchange the bad one. It's good to be back online! My "hi tech" equipment has been acting up a little lately (outside sensor not communicating with inside unit.) I'm still looking into that, but I did get max & min readings up to Jan 6; 67.5F was my min temp that morning. That was almost the lowest temp so far this seson; I had a 67.1F on Dec 30. The lowest temp last year was 61.2F on Jan 9. That's when we break out the little space heater and the fleece jackets for sitting around the living room in the mornings! I suspect someone with a sensor out in the suburbs might record lower temps. My back yard is surrounded by concrete walls and the temp sensor is under a concrete overhang, so it's slightly protected from the chilly air that flows down the arroyo all night. Location, location, location...
