I have heard that 80% of Costa Alegre is privatized, add yet
another beach closed to the people of Mexico. I also heard recently that
someone closed off car access to Careyeitos (the little bay between the
houses on the rocks) and has prevented the fishermen from using it,
which they have done for probably hundreds of years.

This is just the first step in keeping them out completely. Other rich
