Pancho, the mechanic, this morning in his shop in Melaque. He has a wife and 3 young children, all girls.

He's an excellent mechanic who oversees 11 employees, but still emanates patience and a friendly attitude at all times. He has solved a couple of problems for us that other mechanics were mis-diagnosing. Just a really nice guy!
