Whales in the bay

For all those whale watchers, approximately a month or six weeks ago, a mother whale gave birth to a baby in the bay not far off shore in front of the town, today and all of this last week she is tending to the young one and can be seen a couple of hundred meters directly off shore. This morning she and the calf were directly out from the sail boat anchored off shore. Obviously she is calling our town HOME
