First of all a big thank you to everyone up and down the Costa Alegre for making last weeks events a fantastic success! here is this weeks list of events starting today with: Jimmy and Sandi's Famous smoked ribs on the beach at Chantli Mare. We still have seats available for this fabulous picnic style food event at Chantli Mare's Al Fresco restaurant and beach front. The cost per plate is $145 and includes their amazing slow smoked ribs, potato salad, pork and beans, coleslaw and homemade garlic dills. Full bar service is available from 5 p.m. and food service starts at 6 p.m. This is going to be a regular feature, so book early! Thursday January 31th....Sweet soul music and R&B with Simone and Mike...Dining features from our resident chef Couillard and dancing under the stars from 6:30...This crew will have you shaking your booties! Saturday Februrary 2nd...Out of this world Paella Night...Clams, Chicken, Chorizo, Shrimp and fresh fish in this tasty take on Spanish Paella with a Mexican twist...$250 per person and dinner music TBA. Sunday February 3rd....Super Bowl on the beach...Join us to cheer on the 49ers or the Ravens and chow down on Chefs award winner Chili, Salsas, Nachos, Sticky Belly Ribs and more...Flat screens in HD for your viewing pleasure..Or come for our brunch from 11 P.M. until 3 P.M. and make a day of it...Kick off at 6P.M. We are also posting our Valentine's Day Menu next Monday...Check out the sumptuous menu and win a night in a deluxe rom at Chantli Mare by booking a table for ths not to be missed evening. Winners will be announced after dinner on Thursday the 14th! And the lucky winners with have breakfast in bed prepared by Chef Couillard!
