Why not do something about it? Make a denunciation to Profepa

The best way to do something about the problem is to make a complaint or denunciation to Profepa which is the governmental organization responsible for enforcing environmental laws. You have the option to make the denunciation confidential. You do need to be able to communicate in Spanish, both verbally and written.
