yes, it would appear that they changed the method of calculation from previous months; the first kilowatt rate was reduced from 250 to 150, second level of calculations is as previous and the high rate cost per kilowatt hour has increased slightly, so in a nut shell if you used the indentical amount of power from the previous billing period and if you are a consumer that uses a fair amount of power, your bill will go up by 9% (which was what happened in my case) |
