Fashion Show Tonight???

There are many questions circulating about the La Manzanilla Fashion Show and I am here to clear those up. One of the missions of Kenny’s is to give local young women the training and skills they need to become self–supporting, confident and financially independent. All the proceeds from tonight’s show will go toward the cost of taking these young women to the U.S. or Canada for further training this summer. There they will gain even more skills and expertise to use in caring for the skin, hair and nails of all types of women. Yes!! The Fashion Show is tonight at 7 PM and a dazzling evening has been planned with 8 beautiful local models from Mexico, the U.S. and Canada. There will be 3 runs of fashions from Misifus and Calypso Boutiques showing swim suits, beach party wear and jewelry. Come see fabulous clothes shown on lovely ladies with great hair styles and sparkling nails, which is much better than seeing them on a hanger! Arleen and I will be the MCs and Bethany will sing and play between runs. There will be appetizers, wine and beer to purchase, and a raffle at the end for 20 different spa services and beauty products. All this for only 50 pesos! You can get tickets at the door or at Kenny’s Salon. Fashion Show tonight, 7PM in the spacious courtyard of Margarita and Siegfried. Admission: 50 pesos. Directions: Go south past the front of the church on the main street, go one block and turn left on Calle Boca del Rio, go one block and turn right on Playa Dorada. It is the first house on the right.
