We need the assistance of our La Manzanilla ex-pats to help at the Casino at 2 pm on Feb 7. Here’s a plus,... it is fun to do! We are looking for volunteers to help us serve our delicious Birria. Folks who have volunteered in the past say they see it as an honour to serve the Mexican townspeople, many of whom make our lives here easier and more enjoyable. We will need help with setting up, crowd control, and other things as well. As a volunteer, we would like you to have a ticket to gain entry to the Casino grounds. We ask that you bring an apron or similar to help you stay clean and a serving tray, the larger the better, if you have one. Plan to arrive at 1:30 to help set up.
