Free Healing Meditation Saturday

If you want to let go of the stuff that does not serve you and bring in healing, restorative, balancing energy or would like to help someone you care about, this meditation is for you.

Join us for this free Healing Meditation on Saturday, Feb. 2 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center. Bending Tree is located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's and a few doors away from the furniture store.

You can attend the entire hour or stop by for a portion of it.

We have blankets and mats available.
