Very unusual for notifications to be this close together. Time: Sat Feb 02 7:08 AM, Visible: 6 min, Max Height: 40 degrees, Appears: NW, Disappears: SSE I did a bit of work to find graphics to help us to know where to look. Look toward Tenacatita. 90 degrees would be straight overhead so 40 degrees is about mid way between straight up and the horizon. The space station will look like a planet, like Venus, and will appear on the right and go to the left. The highlighted circle is the region where the satellite is at least 10° above your horizon. The size of the circle depends on the height of the satellite. The numbers on the track are the time in GMT, we are 6 hours behind so 13:09 -6 = 7:09 am. Solid part of orbit shows where the satellite is sunlit, and the dashed part where it is in the Earth's shadow and invisible. photo came from here http://www.heavens-above.com/gtrack.aspx?satid=25544&lat=19.2748506&lng=-104.7972107&loc=Unspecified&alt=0&tz=UCT&mjd=56325.5496735764 http://lookup.liekens.net/flybys?lng=-104.7972107&lat=19.2748506 |
