I propose that we meet tomorrow at 3:00, Sunday in the Jardine to talk about who will do what to make this happen, for example:what time for the event Feb 14? conflicting events? signs, brushes and paint? posters? locate the web pages in Spanish and present idea for permission from delegato? Any literature? announcement via Message Board and sound truck?music d.j. and live music? etc etc. Translations? 3:00 pm in the jardine tomorrow Sunday to plan. Feb 14 to celebrate. |
