spanish "radio" announcements

We have been coming to La Manz for the winter for the past 4 years. We are doing our best to learn Spanish, however, we are at a loss to understand the loudspeakers that drive around giving out news and information events. The veggie and fruit trucks we can decipher but the distortion on the speakers of the news truck and our limited language foils our attempts to understand the local messages.
Would someone who can understand what is being said take it upon themselves to tell the rest of us the news and relevant info? It would be very much appreciated!
