And may I add a tip of the hat to those who organized this years fiesta. First of all to Dan Ruffert who was the guy inspiring the new energy, and then to Terri and Alison who co-chaired the group. They are the ones who made the lists, kept rechecking and made sure that those to whom the chores were deligated were following through. To those invaluable ladies who chopped, served and cleaned up afterward, and the guys who kept the beer cold and flowing, thank you! The guys who mixed the birria and got it into the ovens and back out again, delivered to the Casino on time....great job. The volunteers at the casino who sold tickets, and t shirts and kept track of the monety, well done! This was such a great group effort, and we are so proud of the resulting party. Our chairmen have built the framework for this day to continue, and continue to be sucessful..... We need to inspire younger folks to begin to take this effort over, some of us are ready to retire but we cannot quit without others ready to step up. Thank you again to all the volunteers who worked and also the foreign community who came out and supported this effort. This day could not have happened without involvement from all of us.
