Special Friday Yoga Class and Chanting/Meditation

Join us for Heart Center Sessions with Jessica Patterson this Friday, Feb. 15 at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center and Casa Dorada. These special classes are in place of the Heart Awakening workshop as when situations change, we need to do the same .

Heart Center Sessions Schedule and pricing:

Heart Opening yoga class 9-10 a.m., 100 pesos, at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.

Sunset Chanting and Meditation 5:30-6:30 p.m. with wine and refreshments to follow, 150 pesos, at Casa Dorada (located behind the church next to the tienda there).

OR take both for 200 pesos!
