FYI - there is a guy in Melaque who refills ink cartriges. He is beside the hair salon which is
on the corner opposite to the old Herradura location on the one way going towards the plaza. He is (or was) directly beside the hair salon on the one way. Mary Jo and I both have gone there to have ink refilled. I think it was 100P and it worked!!
