This Wednesday, 2/13/13, due to popular request, I'll be giving a more in-depth presentation of the age-old process of making Raicilla and will provide a graph for each you so you can better share your knowledge with others.

I will also discuss a recent discovery that distillation pre-dates the arrival of the Spanish--big news in the community of spirits!

Plus a shot of Raiilla in your coffee to give the day a kick-start.

And, of course, Blanco, Reposado and Anejo Raicilla will be available for sale.
