Yoga, Pilates and special Friday class

Please join us for our regularly scheduled classes at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.

YogaPilates: Mondays and Wednesdays 9-10 a.m.
YogaFun: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10 a.m.
YogaRelax: Tuesdays 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Classes are 100 pesos and mats are available. Also ask about our package deals!

FRIDAY, Feb. 15 we will have special guest teacher Jessica Patterson teaching Heart Center Sessions.

Heart Centering Yoga Class: 9-10 a.m., cost 100 pesos, location: Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center

Sunset Chanting, Meditation: 5:30-6:30 p.m., cost 150 pesos, location: Casa Dorada, located behind the church and next to the tienda.

Or attend both Heart Center sessions for 200 pesos!
