I have seen large orange floating balls here in the sky a number of times (if it is the same.) In Asia, they have festivals of these floating lanterns that then burn out and drop into the sea.

But I am also curious about the large bright white light which stayed stationary high in the sky out over the ocean for around 5 minutes and then shot away a few weeks ago... Im looking for an explanation for that one
