A better start to this whole thread would be to clearly let us know that a very powerful attorney took over the Boca Hotel Resort property and is using open and hostile use to take possession of the property (correct?). Now we all know where you are referring to (I had to figure that out for myself), and we can clearly identify with your problem and it's difficulty. With a clear and unbiased explanation of the issues there we can all decide if we want to get on board. E-mails are not a good way to get a complex point across ...ever, nor do they allow for quick clarification before folks get misguided. Now ask if folks are interested in coming down for a look-see and meeting to discuss how this can be solved. Offer snacks and a potluck and a few drinks later we can get this all wrapped up. But no we are not likely to quickly jump on board and call your officials and complain without knowing more and bringing in turtles and birds only confuses. As we are often reminded (stay focused on the point or root cause. You can have more calls to authorities if we are brought up to speed .....not being scared by side issues. Now to Becky .....you need to watch your language. I for one take great umbrage. You may have produced films working with INFLATED EGOS, but you do not know who you are speaking to. I for one do not deserve this type of comment (and I know others on this thread who also do not deserve that comment) and you will alienate many who would otherwise help and attend a meeting. I have seen too much and worked too hard for way to many years on THE TOUGHEST environmental issues to take that kind of comment from anyone. Decorum tells me to leave it right there.
