biopsy info?

Hi all, Has anyone had or know about getting a lump biopsied here, i would imagine the closest place is Manzanillo? I would like to know where,if you need an appointment, English speaking?, how long it took to get results, the cost, and especially how confident you felt in the quality of care. Also anything else I need to know that I haven't thought of. Thanks for your help as this is a scary one.
