There is a Natural store in Melaque that I have found Magnesium in the past. I am not sure how to give you directions -- it is on one of the side streets and I believe it is the one past Intercam then take that left. It is on your right hand side, is very small but stocked with a lot of vitamins. Sorry I am not able to give better directions, I am sure if you ask someone will be able to direct you
