The only IMSS renewal location around here used to be in Manzanillo Centro, but has moved into a bigger nicer building in the Salagua neighborhood, near the Hospital General (not the IMSS hospital), just a mile from the Soriana. You can also go to PV if you want; let me know if you need directions to that one.

I think the hours are 8:30 - 5:00. You can pay at the Banamex accross the boulevard in front of the hospital. After your renewal, don't forget to visit your assigned clinic to do a little processing there also.
