I have used Jorge Gracia Ornels, in Guadalajara and everything has been done via email and phone only, cel 3331566089. I have checked his costs and coverage with several other companies and found overall his package to be the best. The company is ABA/Seguros which I think is one of the larger insurance companies

I tried Crazy Caztus in Barra, there price and coverage was not bad but not the best but if you are looking for someone who is local and speaks English, she could be your choice. Just google the company as I dont have the number handy.
