We're actually between two clinics. Careyes clinic is about 45 minutes north of La Manz (I don't know much about this one.)

The other one is clinic #162, about 35 minutes to our south between Jaluco and Cihuatlan, just off Highway 200. This is in a nice new building with a well-stocked urgent care wing (which I've used.) Donna and I use this clinic.

The closest IMSS hospital is in the Salagua neighborhood of Manzanillo, just off the main drag about 2 or 3 lights this side of the Walmart/Soriana zone. I took a friend there last summer for minor knee surgery, so I got to see the inner workings, including an overnight stay. It's a pretty good hospital by Mexican public health standards.
