It's probably a good idea for used computers to have a VISTA or newer operating system, as they can be upgraded to a Spanish language operating system on line for free.

We just had a friend bring a HP laptop to Sabina's daughter Elizabeth that we were able to get from a local computer store in the US for under US$250 that was upgraded and loaded with lots of software. I have seen similar ones that are cheaper, but not quite as nice.

We'll try to bring another one down when we next come to LM.
