La Manzanilla Beisbol would like you to meet Yolanda, our feature player of the week. Yolanda is 7 years old, one of our youngest players, and certainly one of the most determined and delightful players. She is the embodiment of team work and sportsmanship. She not only cheers her teammates on, but also helps the players on the opposition!! She has grasped the concept of stealing bases, better than some of our seniors. Her batting skills improve each week, and a home run from her is just around the corner!! If you'd like to see Yola in action, along with all the rest of our Jrs. come out to the soccer field on Monday afternoons at 4 p.m. Don't forget today's game between the Jaguars & Yankees in our Senior Division. Same "bat" place, same "bat" time!!
