We have owned the home for 5 years. The road is actually private, according to the Municipality and we must maintain all of it. The previous posts would lead any person to believe there were wealthy people living there and denying beach access or involved somehow with the debacle at Tenacatita. That type of speculation puts me, my 80+ year old parents and my grandaughter and baby grandson at risk. So please think before you jump in on the speculation. Thanks.
