Well that was a good sighting! There were three or four people in the area who had never seen the International Space station fly over before and were quite excited / impressed. One was Ulises, a young local friend of mine, he was very excited and I was pleased to be the one who introduced him to the event. One reddit post I read put it quite succinctly "Homo Sapiens has been around for 100,000 years and it is only within the lifetime of people still living that we have left the planet. You routinely see things millions of miles away and dozens of miles away, but rarely 200 + miles away, except when you're flying. It's people in f###ing space". It would be one thing if it were a communication satellite, but it is people living in space! When you take that along with how we are communicating / sharing in this moment, then add the Hubble deep field photo (every dot in the photo is a galaxy) your on a path which will eventually lead you to an entirely new level of awareness / consciousness.
