Hola June, a friend told me about your email and lovely invitation. When are your classes?  I'd love to oblige however Nia is usually done barefoot so that's why I do Nia at the beach here because all the floors are cement. I don't have any running shoes with me and I wonder about teaching in my sandals at your space - could be a little unstable and dicey. Are you able to come to the beach Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday at 9:30am? (I'm also teaching yoga at Luz studio Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 11am so not available those mornings) Cheers, Dhyana www.Innermoves.com |
