Black dog on beach

Tonight a black dog found in shore break between Lora Lokas and Yolanda's he was in the tide zone unable to move or walk he was alive but very exhausted maybe fell off boat and swam for long time me and friends wear able to move him into marine tent on the beach he was cold so we put sand on him hoping to warm him up if you any one out there knows this dog pleas help him needs real attention now NOW!!!!
