We live about 20 miles North of there on Fidalgo Island, on the water, with a steep bank behind us, that had slid about 100 years ago. Lots of unstable overlapping formations in this part of the world. Geo-Technical Engineers are a way of life. It didn't help that we had ~9 inches of extra rain this season.
