Firstly, I want to thank all the readers of my Message Board Cook Book Series, I realized at the outset the chapter by chapter postings got some what lost in between each posted message. Another thing that could not be included was an index which obviously did not work in the manner in which it was piece mealed. But now I have reassembled the book, done some editing and included a Table of Contents as well as a full Index and I hope this adds some value to your cooking pleasures. I have had to put it into two parts because of the size. Please excuse the formatting as going from Word to a webpage format, some of the formatting is lost in translation but hopefully the readers can general follow what my indent is.
