orthopedic ankle surgeon

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone can suggest to me the best ankle orthopedic surgeon in Mexico. Some of you may already know that I lost my right foot 12 yrs ago in a car crash. They were able to reattach it, but it hurt lots. Then, 5 yrs ago I had the foot fused to my leg to reduce the pain. They told me it would last about 5 yrs and then I'd need a total ankle replacement. It's failed--wobbling, hurting, etc. I'm looking for a specialist in ankles who routinely performs this type of surgery. Guadalajara, Mexico City, wherever. I'm in somewhat of a hurry to get to him/her to avoid a possible breakage. If anyone has any suggestion please let me know as soon as you can. Thanks so much, Anne aaadams14@yahoo.com PS.
