We are enjoying the late season at Chantli Mare and still welcoming latecomers to the Costa Alegre Coast. The weather is delicious and the beach at Boca perfect for a long day of lunch and boogie boarding. Sunsets are spectacular and complemented with Chef Greg's fine cuisine this week's entertainment. Tonight Saturday April 20th...John Ringstead brings his enchanting classical and romantic guitar compositions to accompany dinner on the beach. Tonight's features are Grilled Salmon Fillet over Mango and Spinach Salad and Filet Mignon Mata Hari in a Pepper and Gorgonzola Cheese sauce. Finish with a Cajeta Creme Brulee or Chocolate Apocalypto. Imprted Cheeses and fruit also available. Sunday Brunch Sunday April 21st...Croissant and Rompope French Toast, Banana Oatmeal Pancakes and Eggs Benedict with Ham or Smoked Salmon Florentino as well as Omellets all washed down with Chiapas French Roasted coffee or Mimoss. Thursday April 25th...Sunset Serenade and dancing to the newest sensations on the Costa Alegre featuring the duet of Ricardo and Emmerson.
