Prix fixe menu at Chantli Mare tonight april 25, 2013 Tonight we are featuring the musical duo of Emmerson and Ricardo and their eclectic brand of latino styles. People are just loving these guys and we think they are a hot entertainment that you should not miss. Chef Greg has prepared a fixed priced menu at $250.00 pesos per person and includes the following... Puree of broccoli, leeks, potato and spinach soup topped with crema, parmesan cheese and herb croutons. Or Chantli Mare salad of cactus fruit, mango, cherry grape tomatoes over romaine lettuce with a ciruela dressing. Choice of main course Marco Polo penne with free range grilled chicken breast and a camembert cheese sauce. Or Aparagus and mushroom rissoto with goat cheese and roasted peppers. Or Grilled chilean salmon filet with vegetable rice and garlicky pesto butter. Or trinidad style curried beef with coconut rice chayote and plantain. Dessert choice of Ginger, honey and lemon grass creme brulee Chocolate queen of sheba pate Lemmon curd pudding and fresh berry trifle On saturday april 27th we will be saying a brief farewell to John Ringstead and his enchanting guitar playing.
