I am happy to say that the bookstore has been gifted a DVD by local filmmaker Ray Draper on a retrospective of past resident Sylain Voyer's artwork. Sylain lived in LM for many years and this film shows his local work as well as that done in his home area of Edmonton, Canada. It is beautiful. This DVD will be for rent at the nominal cost of 30 pesos with a 20 peso deposit given back when returned. It also contains footage of some other artists living here and the locals. Really delightful. Thanks Ray, both for your work of art and sharing Sylvan's collection with us, Stephanie
