Accountant or attorney

I am in need of either an Accountant or an Attorney that can represent me to ensure that I can get my property taxes paid on a piece of property I own in Barra de Navidad. Apparently, they will not allow me to take care of this via mail, as they are requesting this gets paid directly at the City Hall in Cihuatlan. If anyone knows of an accountant or attorney that can handle this on my behalf, it would be greatly appreciated, and get some idea as to what they would charge to handle this for me.
