Hey guys, so sorry, and outraged at what happened! Glad to know you called Pedro, he is really helpful in these kind of situations. I know that because I had an experience lately where I had to call upon his help, and he was right there to resolve the problem!! Glad to know that neither your dog, or any of you were not hurt. Best they send this guy back to where ever he was assigned to before. If he acts like this towards a pet with the owners right there, he can't possibly be right in the head!!!
