Hi: I do agree. This is probably the best piece of equipment I've ever bought from the sleaziest company. They run it like K-Tel and that's probably insulting to K-Tel's memory. Last winter I renewed my subscription from Canada and paid for that plus 2 years for the number. When I got to Mexico, they said I'd paid for the previous two years that I hadn't paid for the number???? True. I then had ot pay for the next two years. I didn't do it and then found myself needing the service so I ate another $30.00 to use it...all the while wondering how it worked for the two years I supposedly hadn't purchased? Tech support is crap. There is a person you chat with (typing) and they tell you anything to get rid of you and don't follow through.

It's really unfortunate, since it works so darn well. The door is open for another company to do it well.

Oh, and when I tried to renew my subscription, I had to call my sister in Canada and have her to it because it didn't accept my credit card from Mexico, although they may have worked that out...or not.

Good luck! I'm looking for another service next year. Skype is owned by Microsoft now, so I'm not sure about that one.
