Sorry, I've been pretty busy lately. Yes, heat and humidity are both going up (the dreaded "double whammy".) The last few afternoons at my place have been getting up to 94°F with humidity of around 55%-60%, for a heat index of around 105°F. One day we hit 96°F! And it hasn't been cooling down much at night: only down to 82°F. I sure don't see any tropical development in the works down south, and not much thunderstorm action coming at us from inland yet. More rain dances needed!
