And what if we DO have fully trained EMT's? What if one person is almost done with the EMT training in La Huerta thanks to a generous scholarship from an anonymous donor, and another person is ready to start the training as soon as that person finishes the training? AND--what if two drivers are going for certification? Let's keep those bubbles UNpopped, shall we, and help this process along?
