Place for a few days

I'm going to be down for 3 or 4 days around the 4th of july, not sure how many of us but at the most it will be me, the better half, 2 well behaved kids and my parents. My parents can't do to many stairs but besides that no other stuff is needed. Near the beach and secure house would be great. Anyone with an idea please let me know. thanks Darrell
