I feel like I should chime in here, as the "old" weather lady! Not being able to look out the door and see what's happening is a definite disadvantage but Weather Underground is doing a good job of letting me know about L.M.'s current weather. Cosme is as close as it will get to you unless it changes course, so today will probably produce some rain and continued high wave action. The most recent satellite image clearly shows that Cosme's motion as it spins by will affect coastal weather. This is the best I can do from afar.
