....well, here I am back in Portland,enjoying the beautiful Northwest!
Thanx to all for the good advice along the way! I made it to Nogales with only a few little mishaps...hit a road blockade S. of Hermasillo for 30 minutes, had to pay a little "propina" for a soda to the Federales, and lost an antenna and one hubcap! Not bad! .....got thro the sticker- removal area and picked up proper papers for return by air without any trouble at all! Nogales,on the Mexico side, is safe and easy access for crossing over in the am,...no wait in line and was thro in 10 minutes...in time for a breakfast McMuffin and coffee!
