I was camping and doing kayaking trips on the beach just north of the village in 1985. I stayed one uncomfortable night at the Hotel Cazadores_ $9. We were the first one's to go in the lagoon and kayak back to the back pool . We had to hack our way through the mangroves and the caimans weren't very big because back then they're was a lot of poaching going on. The good ole days!
